    Top Teacher Site ButtonWe have another "outstanding teacher site", created by Mrs. Carlson, a 6th grade Reading and Writing teacher at the Akron Central School District. 
     
    Mrs. Carlson takes advantage of the Blogging and Podcasting tools that are a part of the Schoolwires software.  As a reading teacher, she makes excellent use of podcasting, by recording her student reading acting out various books and topics.  She has poetry writing contests and then posts the winners.  The site also includes tips for parents.  Mrs. Carlson's numerous pages are colorful, informative, and include fun and relative graphics.
