The Board ofEducation, its officers and employees, shall not discriminate against any student, employee, or applicanton the basis of race, color, national origin,creed, religion, marital status, sex, age or disability.
This policyof nondiscrimination includes: access byall students to educational programs, counseling services forstudents, course offerings, and student activities; as wellas recruitment and appointment of employees and employmentpay, benefits, advancement and/or terminations.
The Boardauthorizes the Superintendent of Schools to establish such rules,
regulations andprocedures necessary to implement and maintain this policy.
