The Lansing Central School District was recognized at the Fall 2013 User Group Meeting for their exceptional use of the Minibase tool.  LCDS created a custom staff directory which includes a  picture of each employee, useful contact information and private data that is available to only those logged in with the appropriate group membership.

 

In the example below, we see the School Nurse, Kelly Bell.  Her basic information is available, however her private information (home telephone number and street address) is hidden from the general public and available only to school Administrators.
