Kathy Monroe, Family & Consumer Science teacher at Westfield, takes advantage of the Form & Survey tool to make lab reports easier to complete, receive, and grade. She also found a creative way to identify which question links to which Common Core Learning Standard.  The beginning of each question has the associated standard listed.  For example, question #2 below has NW.5.1 in front of the question.  That is the standard associated with the question.  The student completes the lab assignment and fills out the form indicating if they understand the lab.
