Experiment with different apps! Try using the Lunch Menu app to post a quick look of your exam schedules.  Westfield posts full calendar schedules as well a quick view.  Below is a screen shot of last year's schedules. There are 3 lunch menu apps on the page and the page has a 3 column layout.  Once the date of the exam passes it moves off the list.
