Mobile Web App:  The Mobile Web app is a fast and easy way to give everyone in your district immediate mobile access to your site via a smartphone. Once you’ve activated the app in Site Manager, anyone with a smartphone can access your district site without having to download an app to their phone. In fact, users can easily take a shortcut to your site by adding a bookmark to their phone home screen. And they’ll be have access to the apps you're already using in Centricity2, including Flex Editor, Calendar, Announcements, and Headlines.  You can choose from standard mobile themes, or opt for a custom mobile theme to match the color, font and logo on your website.

 

Social Media Framework:  The Social Media Framework provides students, teachers, staff, and community members with social web tools to foster communication, collaboration, and sharing.  The SMF includes the following "snap on" tools:  Threaded Comments, Rating Tool, Community Contributions, and RSS Feed.

 

Inline Editing:  Simplify the editing process and make changes directly on the Web page without navigating to a different environment.

 

PassKey Manager:  Provides district staff, students, and stakeholders with seamless, single sign-on access to their personal library of district web applications through the district's C2 website.  (example:  SIS portals, grade books, library systems, study sites, and more...) 

 

MyView Personal Portal:  Think of MyView as a personal portal for every user. It’s a great way to let parents, students and teachers view all the information that’s most important to them in one place — from school lunch menus and announcements to events and activities. They can add, change and rearrange the information they want to view as often as they want.

 

Important Note:  Existing customers have the option to upgrade to C2Essentials for an additional cost.  New customers will automatically be placed on the C2Essential platform.
