The Lower Moreland School District - Virtual Backpack Website is another "innovative idea" that we would like to share with you!
 
In an effort to contribute to green efforts and effectively communicate information from the school to district homes, the Lower Moreland School District developed their own "Virtual Backpack" .   This quote from their website, describes the program nicely:

"We know that parents are interested in extracurricular activities. At the same time, we dont want this information to get lost among the countless other pieces of paper in our students backpacks.  Now parents who wish to stay informed about school/community activities for their children will be able to view the flyers on our districts website. Below you will find the link to theVirtual Backpack for the district and school sites."
